SIMATIC HMI Key Panel KP8 PN/KP8F PN

Кнопочные панели The KP8 PN и KP8F PN Key являются инновационными наследниками панелей PP7 Push Button Panel
Доступны следующие две версии:
- версия PROFINET
- версия PROFINET Failsafe каждая с 8-ю большими кнопками с подсветкой
Высокая гибкость применения при минимальных размерах по приемлемой цене
Сзади стандартно доступны 8 интерфейсов I/O. Эти интерфейсы I/O могут использоваться для дополнительных элементов управления.

Особенности

Организация управление машиной редко возможно без применения таких аппаратных элементов как кнопки аварийного выключения, лампы индикации или кнопочные выключатели. Доступны модули расширения для интеграции таких элементов. Они монтируются по сторонам PRO устройства. Новые панели SIMATIC HMI Key делают интеграцию клавиш и ламп индикации в одном корпусе. Элементы управления не должны в таком случае подключаться индивидуально, вместо этого панель управления подключается по сети PROFINET. Каждый модуль расширения может содержать до двух KP8 PN или KP8F PN. При этом доступны для индикации 5-ти цветные светодиоды управляемые по сети PROFINET. Конечно можно подсоединить дополнительные элементы управления такие как кнопки аварийного останова и кнопочные переключатели на задней стороне этих кнопочных панелей.

Область применения

Безопасность

Имеется панель SIMATIC HMI KP8F PN как версия для использования системах противоаварийной защиты. Эта панель также имеет два входа для автоматики безопасности, и использование одного канала соответствует требованиям стандарта безопасности SIL 2, с двумя каналами - SIL 3 и поэтому в зависимости от требуемого уровня безопасности одна или две кнопки эскстренного выключения могут быть подсоединены. Используя функциональность PROFINET Shared Device, панель может быть подсоединена одновременно к двум контроллерам.

Пустая панель

Пустая передня панель доступна как аксессуар. Она выглядит также как SIMATIC HMI Key панель и может беспроблемно добавлена к встроенным панелям KP8 PN или KP8F PN. Пустая панель - это чисто механическое устройство без электроники и может использоваться для установки механических выключателей и кнопок аварийного отключения. Панель имеет на поверхности перфорированные места для организации до 4 стандартных отверстий диаметром 22.5 мм для установки таких элементов без дополнительных инструментов.

Использование в устройствах HMI PRO

Оба варианта панелей идеально подходят для использования с устройствами SIMATIC HMI PRO с полной защитой IP65 потому что они могут быть установлены в соответствующие модули расширения.

Дизайн

SIMATIC HMI KP8 PN/KP8F PN

В виде SIMATIC HMI KP8 PN и KP8F PN, Siemens предлагает две новые клавишные панели с восемью большими, легко управляемыми кнопками. Устройства поставляются собранными и готовыми к установке, так что время для подключения такое же как для других панелей SIMATIC.

Типичной областью применения клавишных панелей являются приложения с детерминированной передачей комманд оператора. Для оптимально дружественного использования, кнопки сконструированы с небольшим усилием при нажатии на них и все они свободно программируемые для использования. Дополнительно цвет светодиодов в кнопках может изменяться под управлением программы контроллера. Конфигуриремые цвета (белый, зеленый, красный, желтый, голубой) повышают возможности информирования пользователя и имея хорошую яркость заметны даже при повышенной яркости. Все кнопки могут быть индивидуально помечены и адаптированы для приложения посредством двух полосок-этикеток на каждую кнопку. Связь с системой управления осуществляется по сети PROFINET. Встроенный 2-портовый свич PROFINET дает возможность соединять панели по линейной технологии без дополнительного оборудования.

Панели KP8 PN и KP8F PN имеют дополнительно 8 входов/выходов встроенных на задней стороне панели, посредством которых могут быть подсоединены физические кнопки. В отличии от встроенных кнопок для подсоединения этих кнопок нужны провода.
