Information on the delivery quantity:
Because the exact contents of an Article No. (MLFB) cannot be limited to a single quantity, the delivery quantity and the exact contents of an Article No. (MLFB) are only ever specified in the technical specifications for accessories. Therefore, the delivery quantity in the display of commercial data is always only indicated with "1" (unit, pack or SET)!
Example: Set MLFB: 6AV6881-0WJ22-0AA0 -> Delivery quantity "1" unit (summary in the technical specifications: 5x protective films, 5x removers, 5x cleaning cloths, 1x spatula).
Trade goods:
To be able to react quickly and flexibly to new requirements, we also use high quality accessories from major manufacturers and market these directly via our Mall. Introducing products as trade goods saves having to perform time-consuming, in-house tests, or applying for and generating our own certificates.
Trade goods are qualified in a short power-on test (power-on test only and no system test at Siemens), as the manufacturer tests are usually sufficient.
Certificates:
On account of technical requirements placed on trade goods, technical specifications, drivers, certificates and test verification documents, etc. are provided by the manufacturer, and are partially available for downloading from the Siemens SIOS pages.
The technical properties of trade goods may differ from the assured characteristics of our own products (for example, in respect of electromagnetic compatibility, releases for application areas, etc.) and restrict the field of use of the Siemens core product when used.
Trade goods are marked as such in the relevant technical specifications. The manufacturer is always listed at the end of the technical specifications.
3D data:
3D data and technical drawings for trade goods are only available for download in the SIOS delivery release, providing the manufacturer has granted their approval.
Integration into the Siemens 3D download area is unfortunately not possible. For this reason, it is also not possible to provide a 3D (Step) file for every accessory.
The responsibility for trade good files always lies with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is always listed at the end of the technical specifications.

SIMATIC accessories are intended exclusively for industrial use, such as in offices, workshops, etc.
In some cases, accessories can also be used with competitor products. This use is at your own responsibility.
